PropMaster (propmaster.lk) is operated by Fouroots International FZE (Trade License No. 5877), Block B, Office B30-029, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, United Arab Emirates. Fouroots International FZE is responsible for your personal data collected through this website. Contact details are on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
- Account details you give us when you sign up: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and profile photo.
- Listing details you post: property descriptions, photos, location, price and contact details shown to buyers.
- Messages you send through live chat, enquiries, bids and offers.
- Payment details when you buy a listing package. Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, searches and the date and time of visits.
3. How we use it
- To run the website: create your account, publish your listings and show search results.
- To connect buyers, tenants, sellers and agents, and to pass on enquiries.
- To process payments and send service messages about your account and listings.
- To keep the website safe, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To show advertising, as described in section 5.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, and keep the website working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as signing in, may then stop working.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on PropMaster. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.

6. Who we share it with
- Other users: the contact details on your listing are visible to people viewing it.
- Service providers who run parts of the website for us: hosting and file storage, payments (Stripe), maps (Google Maps), advertising (Google AdSense) and messaging.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Usage data is kept for a limited period.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 (Sri Lanka), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us. You can also edit or delete most account and listing information yourself after signing in.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
10. Children
PropMaster is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be announced on the website.
